Personal Care Services

Supporting Independence

Personal care is there to support our clients to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own homes.

Our carers can also provide support in many areas outside of personal care.

This includes administering medication, helping those with limited mobility to move safely around the home (using hoists and supports), preparing meals, completing simple household duties, and even offering companionship, support, and encouragement.

We build the care we provide around how you like to live – such as eating and bathing times – so that your normal routine is not interrupted and you can enjoy a fulfilling, independent lifestyle from within your home.

What is Personal Care?

Personal care is a broad term used to describe different areas of care including:

How We Can Help

We’ll work with you and your family to design a care plan that matches your interests, likes/dislikes, and requirements. Our staff matching tool allows us to help match you with staff that best suit the care you need and understand your preferences and daily routines.

With our home care services, you can receive personal care in an environment that you find familiar and comforting. You will also receive the same carers you are comfortable with and get to know. Our expertly trained carers undertake extensive training and are constantly encouraged to find new ways of improving your overall health and well-being.
